Teams at Arab-American Family Support Center

Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day oversight of AAFSC's immigration legal services program. Supervise staff, manage intake and casework, ensure grant compliance, deliver direct immigration representation and consultations, run community outreach and Know Your Rights trainings, and build partnerships to expand services and referral networks.

Provide solution-based case planning and intensive preventive case management to at-risk families referred by ACS. Conduct home and office visits, assess child and home safety, develop service plans, document case activity, coordinate community services, facilitate conferences, complete required trainings, and maintain compliance with ACS and AAFSC documentation and data systems.

Provide trauma-informed crisis intervention, safety planning, advocacy, and case management for survivors at the Family Justice Center. Conduct intakes and risk assessments, assist with court accompaniment and filings, support public assistance and OVS claims, make referrals to therapeutic and legal services, maintain accurate case records and reports, and participate in trainings, supervision, and community presentations.
