Build and enhance electricity cost modeling REST APIs and DBT data pipelines that simulate nationwide energy costs. Translate product and subject matter expert requirements into technical designs, specifications, and implementation plans. Participate in design reviews, improve engineering practices, and collaborate with remote teams. The role also requires stakeholder alignment, data quality management, roadmap prioritization, and communication of technical decisions to business and engineering leaders.

Own Arcadia’s AI transformation by mapping workflows, prioritizing AI opportunities, defining Claude skills and agent requirements, partnering with engineering, enabling champions, codifying reusable patterns, and measuring adoption and time savings. Ensure workflows meet security, compliance, data-handling, and human-in-the-loop standards while scaling successful solutions across teams.

Own the Processing product roadmap for bill data normalization, validation, exception handling, AI automation, and legacy modernization. Partner with Operations, Payments, Commercial, and R&D to optimize service labor, reduce processing costs and errors, improve margins, and protect customer retention. Lead adoption of document processing and agentic automation while maintaining operational continuity and translating efficiency gains into competitive pricing.

Leads customer success strategy and operating-model execution for a B2B SaaS energy-management company. Responsibilities include building lifecycle processes, KPI dashboards, VOC and health-scoring programs, performance-improvement initiatives, support tooling, CSM technical enablement, and organizational change. The role partners with senior leaders to improve retention, customer satisfaction, support quality, adoption, and expansion across onboarding, value realization, renewal, and at-risk recovery.

Lead commercial finance for Sales and Marketing by owning revenue forecasting, quota and territory planning, SaaS metrics, executive reporting, GTM integration, strategic modeling, and FP&A automation.
