Drive product marketing and go-to-market strategy across Arcadia’s energy intelligence solutions. Responsibilities include developing buyer personas, segmentation, positioning, packaging, pricing, sales enablement, competitive research, product launches, and roadmap insights. The role partners with sales, product, customer success, engineering, and customers to communicate product value, support adoption, and expand into target markets.

Build and enhance electricity cost modeling REST APIs and DBT data pipelines that simulate nationwide energy costs. Translate product and subject matter expert requirements into technical designs, specifications, and implementation plans. Participate in design reviews, improve engineering practices, and collaborate with remote teams. The role involves Python, enterprise Java, cloud deployment, data science tools, NoSQL databases, AI/LLM implementation, and mathematical energy analytics.

Own Arcadia’s payments product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap, optimizing payment economics, funding, treasury operations, compliance, and platform capabilities. Lead payment metrics, evaluate emerging rails and fintech technologies, manage PSP and processor partnerships, mitigate regulatory risk, and collaborate with engineering, legal, compliance, and customers. The role requires strong payments domain expertise, executive communication, technical acumen, and substantial product management experience.
