Lead and supervise tunnel construction and TBM operations, analyze geotechnical data, ensure design/code compliance, manage risk and quality, mentor staff, and support planning, design reviews, and client reporting for the Gateway Hudson Tunnel Project.

Lead and manage transit and rail design/construction projects through planning, procurement, engineering, execution, and closeout. Maintain project controls, quality, safety, risk, and communications to deliver scope on schedule and within budget while protecting client commercial interests and ensuring contract performance and profitability.

Lead and grow the System Planning & Studies team, manage project and proposal delivery, and perform hands-on power system planning analyses (load-flow, short-circuit, transient and electromagnetic transient, stability, reliability, interconnection studies). Serve as technical lead, project/program manager, mentor junior engineers, support business development, and ensure compliance with standards and quality control.
