Drive frontline workforce planning and deployment for Design & Engineering teams. Manage 12-week forecasts, engage managers and pursuit leads, maintain WFP data quality and tags, identify recruitment needs, escalate supply/demand risks, and support mobilization, onboarding and stakeholder decision-making using workforce analytics and dashboards.

Lead governance, systems, and process improvement for program controls across a large infrastructure program. Manage a multidisciplinary team, implement and integrate PMIS and reporting tools, establish governance and data standards, oversee dashboards and analytics, drive change management, and provide executive guidance to ensure compliance, performance measurement, and continuous improvement.

Perform industrial hygiene fieldwork (≈75%) and office tasks (≈25%) including asbestos and lead surveys, air and exposure monitoring, mold/indoor air investigations, sampling (soil/water), abatement oversight, data review, and client deliverables. Coordinate with agencies and subcontractors, prepare reports and proposals, mentor junior staff, and support health and safety planning. Requires licensure, at least three years consulting experience, travel readiness, drivers license, respirator medical clearance, and lifting ability.
