Develop and scale Arch’s financial technology platform by building user-facing features, backend services, APIs, reusable components, and scalable systems. Collaborate with product, design, operations, and infrastructure teams; write reliable code, participate in reviews, troubleshoot issues across applications and databases, and gain full-stack experience while contributing to automation and data-heavy investment workflows.

Generate and qualify sales leads through outbound and inbound channels, research target accounts, tailor prospect outreach, schedule meetings for Sales Directors, maintain Salesforce and sales-tool data, support campaigns and events, track funnel metrics, develop sales materials, and improve prospecting processes. The role collaborates across Sales, Marketing, and Operations while supporting sales operations and client handoffs.

Build internal web tools and maintain data acquisition and processing pipelines for alternative investment data. Automate financial data extraction, apply traditional and generative AI processing methods, monitor automation quality, improve data accuracy and efficiency, maintain scripts, and troubleshoot errors while partnering across teams.
