Greet guests and members, answer inquiries, make reservations, process payments, maintain facility cleanliness and inventory, follow policies, report incidents, and support daily front-desk operations for spa amenities.

Welcomes spa guests, answers inquiries, makes service reservations, enrolls members, processes payments, reconciles sales, maintains inventories and facility standards, and supports safe, clean, well-organized operations. The role requires excellent customer service, communication, organization, discretion, computer proficiency, cash-handling ability, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. Regular standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds are required.

The Membership Consultant is responsible for generating and maintaining a quality membership base, conducting tours, handling paperwork, and executing member retention programs while providing excellent customer service.
