Lead preparation and analysis of ASA and MCE financial results, including underwriting P&L, balance sheet accounts, premium recognition, reinsurance and SOX compliance. Provide timely GAAP and Statutory-compliant reports and insights, coordinate across underwriting, actuarial, claims, legal and IT, manage audits, mentor staff, and perform detailed flux analyses and reconciliations.

Provide legal counsel for private markets investments by negotiating LPAs, side letters, and investment management agreements; advise investment teams on compliance and regulatory risk; support fund operations, entity governance, and corporate housekeeping; build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and enhance the firms compliance program.

Manage large-exposure complex general/auto liability and trucking claims, oversee TPAs, coordinate with underwriters and legal, perform coverage analysis, reserving, litigation and vendor management, negotiate settlements, attend mediations/trials, maintain adjuster licenses, train and audit TPA staff, and provide timely stakeholder reporting.
