Six-month internship supporting Investor Relations across capital formation, LP servicing, reporting, research and investor communications. Tasks include preparing roadshow materials, tracking investor pipelines, assisting DDQ and quarterly reporting, maintaining databases, and responding to investor inquiries. The role offers mentorship and ownership of IR projects within healthcare-focused private equity.

Support the Life Sciences Tools & Services investment team across origination, diligence, execution and portfolio value creation. Own financial and LBO modeling, valuation, market research, due diligence, investment memoranda, and portfolio monitoring. Collaborate with advisors, deal counsel and management to inform investment decisions and support add-on M&A and board reporting.

Manage investor relations execution across capital formation, LP servicing and portfolio reporting. Prepare investor materials, coordinate roadshows and DDQs, handle LP reporting, capital calls, distributions, and support investor communication and market intelligence to deepen LP relationships and drive fundraising.
