Lead end-to-end UX/UI for a scaled dental SaaS platform, build and maintain a reusable design system, integrate AI-augmented workflows, conduct customer research with dentists, and collaborate with product and engineering to deliver accessible, technically feasible designs.

Support the CEO, COO, and CTO by managing complex calendars, domestic travel, meetings, communications, board and investor coordination, events, expenses, vendors, and follow-through. The role requires strong judgment, discretion, anticipation, adaptability, and confidence handling confidential information in a fast-paced startup. The Executive Assistant will also build the company’s executive-assistance function and use AI tools and automation to improve operational efficiency.

Leads a technical customer experience team responsible for data migrations, imaging and sensor setup, server access, backups, and phone/DNS cutovers before dental practice go-lives. Coaches specialists, manages escalations, improves migration playbooks and processes, tracks operational metrics, and partners with Onboarding, Product, and Engineering. The role requires hands-on technical knowledge of PowerShell, virtual machines, remote desktop tools, server troubleshooting, and dental imaging environments, along with flexibility for night and weekend migration coverage.
