Serve as the in-store face of the brand, delivering technical product knowledge, exceptional customer service, and problem-solving. Process transactions and warranties via POS, assist with inventory receiving and merchandising, support store projects and leadership, respond to phones/emails, and represent the brand in-store and in the community. Maintain flexibility for holiday and weekend scheduling.

As a Product Guide, you deliver exceptional customer service, share product knowledge, support sales, and collaborate with the team to enhance the guest experience. You engage in various store tasks while promoting the brand's values in both retail and community settings.

Lead in-store operations and guest experience, coach Product Guides, drive sales and inventory processes, manage opening/closing and POS transactions, build community partnerships, and support visual merchandising and store business metrics.
