Serve as the in-store brand ambassador delivering technical product knowledge and exceptional customer service. Assist guests with product selection, process transactions and warranties via the POS, handle inventory receiving/unpacking, support merchandising and store initiatives, answer phones/emails, engage in community brand representation, and work with leadership on projects to enhance the guest experience.

The Product Guide at Arc'teryx delivers exceptional guest experiences by sharing product knowledge, supporting sales, and collaborating with the team on various store tasks and initiatives while being a brand ambassador.

Lead in-store operations and guest experience, coach and develop Product Guides, manage sales floor activities, inventory and visual merchandising, support store business metrics and community engagement, and perform opening/closing and Product Guide duties as needed.
