Provides in-house legal and regulatory counsel to investment, operations, compliance, and leadership teams supporting private and registered credit funds. Responsibilities include fund formation, documentation, governance, compliance, marketing and distribution, regulatory monitoring, conflicts, trading restrictions, and external counsel management across private credit, structured credit, direct lending, asset-based lending, and CLO strategies.

Lead institutional fundraising and capital formation for an alternative investment manager. The role owns senior relationships with pensions, endowments, foundations, insurers, consultants, RIAs, family offices, and other allocators; leads fundraising, due diligence, and allocation discussions; manages investor relationships; develops positioning and messaging; and partners with investment, legal, finance, and operations teams. The position also supports investor materials, market intelligence, conferences, and selective European relationship development.

Oversee the operational lifecycle of credit investments, including trade processing, funding, servicing, reconciliations, reporting, restructurings, and exits. Manage outsourced middle- and back-office providers, strengthen controls and governance, support fund launches and new investment structures, improve data quality and automation, and coordinate with investment, finance, legal, compliance, technology, and external stakeholders.
