Support capital formation by preparing investor materials, managing due diligence requests (RFPs, DDQs), coordinating investor communications, maintaining databases, assisting onboarding and reporting, and supporting strategic fundraising projects across teams.

Provide proactive executive support to the CEO: manage calendar and travel, liaise with stakeholders, draft communications, summarize contracts, attend meetings, prepare reports and presentations, track projects, and handle time-sensitive, sometimes after-hours, needs.

Partner with the COO to translate strategy into executable plans, streamline operations, manage cross-functional projects, support HR and recruiting, develop internal communications, produce executive reports and KPIs, identify operational bottlenecks, and represent the company with partners and clients to ensure organizational alignment and scalability.
