Develop systems that calculate portfolio performance metrics efficiently across high-volume datasets, improve reliability and observability, and support distributed processing. Create internal tools, dashboards, reusable schemas, asset data feeds, and self-service analytics capabilities. Collaborate cross-functionally to expand market-data coverage, support B2B integrations, and strengthen operational resilience.

Design and implement portfolio-construction and trade-execution models, focusing on optimization, risk modeling, tax-aware execution, and backtesting. Translate research into production-quality systems, collaborate with investment and engineering teams, validate strategies against historical data, and maintain robust, scalable services for managing client portfolios.

Build and maintain core financial backend systems (trading, ledger, billing), transaction processing, reconciliation, and portfolio state management. Design and scale real-time and batch data pipelines, architect APIs and backend services, ensure reliability and observability, and contribute to distributed system design (event-driven, microservices, streaming). Partner with ML teams as needed.
