Set strategy, roadmaps, prioritize work, work with engineering and customers, and define metrics and telemetry to measure outcomes.

Own and execute strategy and roadmap for the voice pipeline (ASR, TTS, streaming, latency, evals, model bets), manage vendor relationships and telephony integrations, prioritize features with customer-facing teams, define metrics and telemetry, and deliver measurable outcomes across voice experiences in enterprise contact centers.
