Own the platform connecting ASAPP's GenerativeAgent to the real world: API Connections, SDKs, A2A interoperability, MCP servers, telephony/CCaaS integrations, and developer documentation. Set strategy, roadmaps, prioritize work, work with engineering and customers, and define metrics and telemetry to measure outcomes.

The Principal Enterprise Architect will lead architectural discovery workshops, design integration solutions, produce reference architectures, and support customer security reviews, leveraging deep expertise in contact center technologies and AI capabilities.

The Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Directors to understand client needs, deliver product demonstrations, and recommend solutions, focusing on enterprise customer challenges.
