Lead the end-to-end internal IT function, covering identity and access management, endpoint/device management, AI platform and SaaS administration, security/compliance support, office infrastructure, automation, and a 4–5 person IT team. Partner with Security, HR, Finance, and Engineering on audits, incident response, and tooling rollouts while driving strategy and hands-on execution.

Own the platform connecting ASAPP's GenerativeAgent to the real world: API Connections, SDKs, A2A interoperability, MCP servers, telephony/CCaaS integrations, and developer documentation. Set strategy, roadmaps, prioritize work, work with engineering and customers, and define metrics and telemetry to measure outcomes.

Own and execute strategy and roadmap for the voice pipeline (ASR, TTS, streaming, latency, evals, model bets), manage vendor relationships and telephony integrations, prioritize features with customer-facing teams, define metrics and telemetry, and deliver measurable outcomes across voice experiences in enterprise contact centers.

Design, build, and own ML evaluation systems and production-grade NLP/LLM solutions. Translate research into scalable agentic AI systems, collaborate with Research/Product/Platform, ensure quality, safety, and performance, and mentor engineers.

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you'll enhance the performance and reliability of infrastructure and products by collaborating with engineering teams, automating configurations, and implementing monitoring systems.
