Provide legal support to ASCAP's Business & Legal Affairs and Membership teams: draft, negotiate, and manage member agreements, advise on repertory and distribution policies, assist with complex member transactions and estate matters, and support strategic departmental initiatives and special legal projects.

Perform research, reconcile and maintain ASCAP repertory records; process work updates and royalty adjustments; respond to member inquiries by phone and email; participate in quality control and process improvements; and support Repertory Team administrative tasks.

Lead project execution from discovery to launch for Product Team, owning timelines, risk mitigation, change control, documentation, and stakeholder sign-off. Establish and maintain PM processes, manage requirements, create JIRA tickets, coordinate testing and vendor SOWs, and drive cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Security, Technology, Marketing, and Senior Leadership.

Lead social media strategy and content for ASCAP, creating short-form video and written assets, managing platform partnerships and influencer initiatives, analyzing performance data, providing live event coverage, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and overseeing campaign logistics and community management to grow engagement across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Lead and improve IT support functions across ASCAP, managing Support Technicians, incident escalation, SLAs/KPIs, process and service integration, vendor relationships, documentation, and coaching to deliver high-quality conferencing/AV and IT services. Drive optimization, reporting, and roadmap development aligned with business needs.

Lead Licensing & Finance Engineering: set technical vision, drive delivery, mentor and grow a 25+ engineer team, improve Agile/DevSecOps practices, manage integrations (Salesforce, AWS, ERP), and oversee budgeting, hiring, and stakeholder collaboration.

Plan, schedule and perform compliance audits of ASCAP licensees across diverse businesses. Prepare audit workpapers, document findings, identify root causes, reconcile calculations, and collaborate with Legal, Sales, and Finance to resolve issues. Produce audit reports and ensure accurate royalty distributions for members.

Document and maintain member agreements and related records, verify payment and membership data, coordinate interdepartmental and attorney requests, communicate with members and representatives, and support Business & Legal Affairs administrative needs.
