Serve as a trusted advisor delivering standardized CAS services: client meetings, bookkeeping, complex financial statements, cash flow and auditor management; monitor WIP, coach staff, manage client relationships, and identify cross-sell opportunities.

The Tax Manager will oversee client relationships, review tax returns, supervise staff, and provide tax strategy and compliance guidance. They will also interpret tax documents and ensure regulatory adherence while mentoring team members.

Lead and execute financial audits for clients (including banks), supervise and mentor staff, research audit issues, ensure GAAS/GAAP compliance, interact with client management, and recommend process improvements.
