Supports Portfolio Solutions underwriting strategy, portfolio balance, distribution growth, program due diligence, agreement management, audits, referrals, and performance analysis. The role collaborates with underwriting, legal, IT, claims, actuarial, and other teams to establish effective operating platforms, maintain client service standards, and achieve profitability objectives. Requires strong property insurance underwriting and portfolio management expertise, financial and actuarial understanding, analytical capabilities, and business travel availability.

Leads the U.S. Claims organization’s strategy, operations, transformation, TPA governance, alternative risk claims, quality assurance, and operational excellence. Develops operating models, automation initiatives, performance metrics, and governance frameworks while overseeing programs, captives, vendors, and external claims partners. Advises the Chief Claims Officer, drives cross-functional execution, manages organizational change, and develops high-performing teams to improve claims quality, customer outcomes, profitability, and efficiency.

Support the full surety account lifecycle by processing new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and bond issuance. Perform accurate data entry, reconcile billing/premiums/commissions, respond to agents/clients, maintain agency records, escalate system issues, and assist underwriting and accounting teams. Ensure documentation quality, transaction accuracy, and strong customer service while supporting special projects.
