Supports enterprise budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, monthly reporting, variance analysis, KPI tracking, and financial modeling. Consolidates business-unit submissions, maintains revenue and EBITDA models, prepares management and Board reporting materials, and performs scenario analysis. Leads high-priority, cross-functional enterprise transformation initiatives from planning through completion and transition. Builds business cases, financial and scenario models, process maps, work plans, and executive materials; manages milestones, dependencies, risks, escalations, and portfolio prioritization. Partners with business owners, Finance, executives, advisors, and change management teams to deliver measurable savings, ROI, operational improvements, and sustainable processes. Frequent travel supports working sessions, business reviews, and venue visits.

Leads the company-wide organizational change management discipline across a portfolio of transformation initiatives. Develops scalable change strategies, impact assessments, readiness criteria, adoption metrics, leadership alignment, manager enablement, communications, training, champion networks, and post-launch reinforcement. Partners with executives and cross-functional leaders to close readiness gaps, mitigate adoption risks, and sustain new processes, systems, operating models, and ways of working across a distributed organization.
