Lead daily operations for assigned departments at One World Observatory, managing staffing, service quality, payroll accuracy, POS and reporting tools, guest issue resolution, preventative maintenance, team development, and compliance to achieve operational efficiency and exceptional guest experiences.

Manage and oversee facility financial and accounting operations, support VP Finance and GM with reporting, budgeting, cash management, audits, contract review, event settlements, internal controls, and month-end close. Supervise accounting records, ledgers, payroll and purchasing processes, analyze departmental performance, prepare forecasts and financial statements, implement controls and reporting templates, and support corporate and client financial requirements. Available for nontraditional hours.

Provide day-to-day HR guidance and employee relations support, manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, administer leave, workers' comp, payroll support, maintain HRIS and compliance (I-9/backgrounds), coordinate learning and engagement, support union and non-union workforce, and drive HR process improvements and budget management while maintaining visible presence at arena events.
