Lead cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of high-capacity individual donors ($100k–$500k+), manage a leadership giving portfolio, qualify prospects, secure six-figure gifts, document activity in Salesforce, and partner across Development, program teams, Board, and volunteers to grow philanthropic revenue and pipeline.

Serve as primary writer for Development, producing donor-facing fundraising and stewardship materials (appeals, reports, event copy, briefings). Coordinate cross-departmental inputs, manage content calendars and review cycles, track deadlines, synthesize program data and stories, and support campaigns and events to strengthen donor engagement and fundraising outcomes.

Manage the full lifecycle of government and institutional grants: tracking, compliance, invoicing, reporting, and documentation. Coordinate with Development, Finance, and Program teams on budgets, reconciliations, and proposal materials. Maintain grant records, support audit readiness, contribute to Salesforce and development operations, and help prepare funder-facing reports and budgets. Strengthen internal systems for institutional giving data and ensure timely, accurate submission of grants and invoices.

Support planning and execution of public events, community activations, and organizational gatherings. Manage logistics, vendor coordination, registration, onsite setup and breakdown, volunteer and guest support, budget tracking, and post-event reporting. Collaborate across Marketing, Programs, Development, and Operations to deliver safe, welcoming, mission-aligned event experiences.

Coordinate Asphalt Green's external events, partnerships, and community outreach. Support event logistics, lead capture and CRM updates, media tracking, outreach materials, and administrative tasks. Serve as an on-site ambassador, maintain partner and media lists, create post-event reports, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent, on-brand external engagement.

Manage day-to-day operations, oversee rentals and events, supervise vendors and maintenance, monitor budgets and service tickets, conduct facility walkthroughs, support event execution, and serve as on-site manager of duty to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Build, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions. Develop Lightning Web Components and Apex (including asynchronous processes), extend managed packages, support integrations, write tests, assist UAT and system testing, manage data imports and hygiene, provide user training and documentation, and help improve source control and CI/CD practices.
