Provides technical and customer support for hardware and network issues through software, phone, email, and internal channels. Coordinates with stakeholders to resolve complex cases, maintains strong customer relationships, communicates feedback to Product teams, diagnoses issues using software tools, meets response-time targets, and identifies proactive solutions. Requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, technical support experience, customer service experience, ticketing-system expertise, and familiarity with CRM and remote collaboration tools.

Own and establish AssetWatch’s global tax and compliance function. Oversee U.S., Canadian, and international tax filings, sales and use tax, indirect taxes, audits, notices, registrations, and regulatory requirements. Support expansion into Mexico, the UK, and Europe while coordinating external advisors. Develop compliance policies, controls, calendars, risk mitigation strategies, and process improvements. Manage Taxware and NetSuite tax processes, improve reporting, and advise senior leadership on tax and compliance matters.

Lead AssetWatch’s mid-market sales function and new-logo acquisition team. Recruit, coach, and manage Solution Architects to exceed revenue targets, develop manufacturing-sector relationships, create sales messaging and GTM playbooks, and drive corporate account growth. Partner with Customer Success, Marketing, Business Development, and technical teams while monitoring industry trends and representing the company at events. The role requires extensive manufacturing contacts, SaaS sales leadership, strategic selling, and experience with pilots and proof-of-concept programs.
