The Director/VP of Insights to Action leads a small analytics team, managing client relations, delivering program analytics, and ensuring data quality. Responsibilities include team mentorship, defining KPIs, and driving data insights for pharmaceutical clients.

Acquire, manage, analyze data from data warehouse and Salesforce to create reports and visualizations for internal teams and clients. Perform QA, identify trends, outliers, and data quality issues, configure mapping tools, respond to partner requests, and lead client trainings on data specifications.

Lead the product strategy and execution for Patient Assistance Programs, optimizing workflows and ensuring compliance while enhancing patient access to therapies through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
