Leads AMPP’s global education portfolio, including strategy, product roadmaps, course development, learning technologies, instructor development, accreditation, budgets, and vendor relationships. Partners with certification leadership to align training with credential requirements, oversees education quality and delivery, and conducts market and learning needs assessments. Manages cross-functional collaboration, staff hiring and development, governance relationships, and revenue-focused portfolio growth. Travel is expected at less than 25%.

Leads AMPP’s growth and strategic presence across China and the East Asia & Pacific region. Develops partnerships with members, corporations, government agencies, regulators, enterprises, academic institutions, and industry associations. Identifies commercial opportunities, expands membership and program revenue, provides market intelligence, represents AMPP at industry events, manages regional initiatives, budgets, vendors, KPIs, and personnel, and collaborates with global teams. The role is based in Shanghai and requires extensive regional and international travel.

Leads regulatory and legislative engagement, government and industry relationships, standards and certification adoption, institutional partnerships, sector initiatives, conferences, membership growth, and regional brand-building across India’s energy, maritime, water, and civil infrastructure sectors. The role also supports marketing campaigns, budgeting, forecasting, high-level meetings, and stakeholder outreach, with less than 50% travel expected, primarily within India and occasionally to the USA.
