As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll enhance the release and configuration systems across environments, optimize release pipelines, and provide tooling for reliable deployment, ensuring consistency and scalability while collaborating with various engineering teams.

Provide senior-level remote IT support and operations for a distributed workforce: troubleshoot macOS/Windows/Linux/mobile, manage onboarding/offboarding, administer identity (Rippling/Okta) and MDM, maintain asset inventory, build AI-driven automations (Console.com, Risotto, Unthread), support SOC 2/HIPAA/ISO compliance, write runbooks in Notion, and contribute to the IT roadmap while mentoring the team.

As a Staff Full Stack Engineer at Assured, you will enhance the B2B SaaS platform by building and shipping features across the stack, leveraging AI tools, collaborating with teams, mentoring engineers, and driving architectural decisions to improve systems and product development.
