Supports IT helpdesk operations, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, documenting incidents in ServiceNow, deploying Windows desktops and mobile devices, managing IT assets, monitoring PC and VDI performance, and assisting with Microsoft Teams deployment. The intern will also contribute to AI and automation projects, QA testing, self-service portal enhancements, FAQ creation, and workflow improvements.

Develop and maintain scalable back-end products for the Secondary Market team. Responsibilities include building server-side services, integrating databases, managing data flows, collaborating with business and engineering teams, participating in code reviews, debugging defects, optimizing performance, and documenting technical decisions. The role involves using Python, Java, C#, or Node.js and supporting applications powered by data, AI, and advanced analytics.

Public Finance interns support municipal bond credit analysis, underwriting, market monitoring, data modeling, deal preparation, business sourcing, marketing materials, and process modernization using AI tools. Interns collaborate with credit analysts, vendors, clients, bankers, financial advisors, and investors, and complete a capstone transaction underwriting project presented to a credit committee.
