Oversee quality, governance, pre-sales solutioning, and distributed teams to drive scalable B2B commerce experiences and platform ROI.

Design and configure Salesforce.com applications, manage CRM integrations, develop custom applications, and lead initiatives to improve organizational efficiency using Salesforce capabilities.

The Customer Experience Strategist will lead CRM initiatives, develop strategies, improve processes, and engage stakeholders to align technology with business goals.
