Leads country-level execution of complex clinical studies, including feasibility, site selection, regulatory submissions, activation, monitoring, recruitment, risk mitigation, documentation, and closure. Oversees local study teams and CRAs, ensures GCP compliance, manages timelines and deliverables, supports contracts and budgets, coordinates recruitment strategies, and maintains stakeholder relationships with investigators, KOLs, patient organizations, and global teams. Also contributes to country strategy, process improvement, mentoring, and external scientific engagement.

Leads strategic relationships with national trade and channel partners in AstraZeneca’s Biopharma Market Access group. Responsibilities include developing account plans, supporting negotiations and launch readiness, collaborating cross-functionally, analyzing market and account data, and addressing supply, service, and access challenges. The role requires pharmaceutical manufacturing experience, complex account management, business acumen, strategic thinking, and up to 25% overnight travel.

Lead corporate reputation, state government affairs, lobbying, policy strategy, community engagement, and health equity initiatives across New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Build relationships with policymakers, payers, trade associations, and community partners; coordinate cross-functional business objectives; analyze legislation; support brand access and expansion goals; manage consultants, budgets, PAC engagement, and regional advocacy programs. The role is field-based and requires significant external engagement and travel.
