Own Salesforce administration and operational infrastructure across commercial workflows, agreements, contracts, reporting, and integrations. Improve data integrity, automate processes, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and coordinate implementations with technical teams. Develop documentation, training, governance standards, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows while partnering with leadership, Legal, and business stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and adoption.

Provide in-house legal support focused on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating licensing and commercial agreements for game development, publishing, branding, and digital media. Advise on IP protection, marketing uses of trademarks/copyrights, maintain contract templates, and support corporate governance and compliance while working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and business development teams.

Write and edit brand-aligned marketing copy for retro game manuals, websites, email, packaging, and product descriptions. Research franchise history, maintain Atari brand voice, apply style/licensing guidelines, collaborate with design and cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects to support campaigns and product launches.
