Support IOP operations by coordinating schedules, maintaining program records and attendance, assigning clients to groups, liaising with clinicians and referral sources, monitoring group capacity, and completing administrative projects under the IOP Manager.

Provide front desk support at a Manhattan mental health clinic: greet clients, manage check-in/check-out and scheduling in the EHR, handle mail/faxes and clerical tasks, follow up with clients, coordinate with clinicians, maintain reception area, and perform other administrative duties while protecting client confidentiality.

Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group psychotherapy in person or via telehealth; develop goal-oriented treatment plans; complete timely documentation in the EHR; perform crisis intervention and conflict resolution; participate in clinical supervision and comply with program and state regulations.
