Provide individual, family, and group evidence-based psychotherapy in person or via telehealth; develop and implement treatment plans; maintain timely documentation in the EHR; perform crisis intervention and conflict resolution; participate in supervision and support services for underserved communities.

Provide weekly clinical supervision to therapists, document supervision, maintain supervisee licensure paperwork, support clinical training and administrative tasks, review high-risk cases, engage in utilization review, respond to crises, and carry a reduced therapy caseload with timely documentation.

Drive full-cycle recruiting: source candidates, conduct screenings and interviews, manage ATS pipelines, coordinate interviews and offers, track recruitment metrics, create employer branding materials, run outreach and events, assist onboarding and background checks, and support retention and culture-building initiatives under Talent & Retention leadership.
