Lead enterprise strategy and growth agenda, partnering with C-suite to develop growth platforms, incubate capabilities, drive AI-enabled transformation, structure strategic partnerships, and build talent and culture to scale new business initiatives.

Lead derivative accounting and reporting across GAAP, Bermuda Statutory, US Statutory, and management views. Review month/quarter-end entries, reconciliations, disclosures, and hedge accounting; partner with cross-functional teams, mentor staff, improve processes, and support implementation of new accounting standards and a derivatives system.

Lead transaction underwriting and execution for reinsurance and M&A, managing pricing models, due diligence, actuarial assumption setting, structuring, approvals, and post-deal integration. Supervise technical pricing team, collaborate with internal/external stakeholders, prepare recommendations and reports, mentor junior staff, and ensure confidentiality.
