Leads global reinsurance transaction strategy and execution, including opportunity evaluation, due diligence, valuation, structuring, negotiation, closing, and performance management. Builds counterparty relationships and oversees Pension Group Annuity initiatives. Partners with actuarial, investment, finance, risk, legal, and operations teams; advises executives and the Board on financial, regulatory, capital, and strategic considerations; strengthens governance; and develops high-performing teams.

Leads end-to-end reinsurance transactions, including target identification, bidding, structuring, negotiations, closing, and post-close activities. Develops complex actuarial and financial models, analyzes insurance and actuarial due diligence, prepares management approval materials, manages reinsurance relationships, researches industry and regulatory trends, and oversees controls, procedures, and cross-functional projects.

Owns territory sales for Apollo defined contribution private assets and Vitera guaranteed income solutions. Builds relationships with retirement plan advisors, recordkeeper field teams, and consultants; converts platform approvals into local adoption; develops territory plans and pipelines; leads advisor education, events, and presentations; and coordinates joint opportunities with partners and internal specialists. Requires extensive industry relationships, defined contribution expertise, sales leadership, and 70%+ travel.
