Lead transaction underwriting and execution for reinsurance and M&A, managing pricing models, due diligence, actuarial assumption setting, structuring, approvals, and post-deal integration. Supervise technical pricing team, collaborate with internal/external stakeholders, prepare recommendations and reports, mentor junior staff, and ensure confidentiality.

Provide strategic legal counsel to Vitera leadership on commercial, product, technology, and regulatory matters. Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial, SaaS, data-sharing, and vendor agreements. Structure partnerships across the defined contribution ecosystem, mitigate legal and regulatory risk, support product and operations implementation, coordinate with outside counsel (including ERISA specialists), and contribute to governance, policy, and communications review.

Lead enterprise strategy and growth agenda, partnering with C-suite to develop growth platforms, incubate capabilities, drive AI-enabled transformation, structure strategic partnerships, and build talent and culture to scale new business initiatives.
