Lead statewide onboarding and adoption for Atlas among union and enterprise clients in New Jersey. Drive high-velocity, in-person activation events, recruit peer champions, manage key accounts and outreach events, gather customer feedback for product improvements, and present adoption metrics to executives to ensure retention and renewals.

Serve as the CEO's operational counterpart owning day-to-day operations, special projects, strategic planning, finance/HR operations, multi-state program rollouts, and building repeatable playbooks to scale the company across legal, product, operations, and GTM functions.

Lead Atlas's brand and communications: define brand strategy and guidelines, revamp websites and social channels, own company messaging and product marketing, manage press and media relations, create stakeholder collateral, and execute tactical copy (emails, product pages, support responses) to drive hiring, advocacy, and user growth.

Own FP&A models, budgeting, and KPI tracking; value and model litigation docket and defendant collectability; manage day-to-day accounting (AR/AP/invoicing) and month-end close support; liaise with external accountants; handle multi-entity fund flows and settlement disbursements; support audits and tax preparation.
