Lead design of Atlas internal tools used by concierge and operations, creating functional, efficient, and beautiful app-based workflows. Collaborate with operations and engineering to prototype, iterate, and deliver complex interaction, visual, and motion designs that improve internal efficiency and member experience.

Owns member acquisition end to end, including growth targets, acquisition channels, conversion funnel, analytics instrumentation, CAC, activation, and payback. The role will productize existing channels, identify new growth opportunities, build dashboards and a funnel source of truth, and improve monthly growth. This leader works directly with founders and cross-functional teams to ship growth products, establish operating cadences, and build lean, high-output teams serving a high-net-worth customer base.

Own the backend of the email program: configure ESP, maintain data/segmentation integrations, build templates and automated lifecycle flows, ensure QA and deliverability, implement reporting, document systems, and train marketing to run campaigns independently.
