Build and scale AI-powered workflows, agents, copilots, and internal tools for SDR prospecting, prioritization, coaching, forecasting, and pipeline creation. Partner with Sales, RevOps, Engineering, Marketing, Enablement, and governance teams to translate business needs into secure, reliable products. Lead experimentation, integrations, adoption, guardrails, and measurement of productivity, conversion, pipeline, and manager-leverage outcomes.

Serve as a pre-sales solutions expert for Atlassian’s LATAM mid-market business. Partner with sales teams, conduct customer discovery, identify business needs, map problems to Atlassian solutions, lead customized demonstrations, and guide technical evaluations. Build executive and technical relationships, identify expansion opportunities, communicate product value, track customer feedback and competitive intelligence, and collaborate with product management and account executives to support successful sales outcomes.
