Lead quality strategy and oversight for facility, utility, and manufacturing infrastructure. Own risk management, validation master plans, change control, quality documentation, audits, and continuous improvement. Serve as senior technical authority advising cross-functional teams, mentoring engineers, ensuring GMP/ISO compliance, and driving programs to maintain inspection-ready, reliable production systems.

Drive adoption of AtriCure's Cryo Nerve Block Therapy across a designated territory by developing and executing strategic business plans, identifying new customers, expanding penetration in existing accounts, educating clinical stakeholders, coordinating procedural support and training, securing hospital access and administrative buy-in, and working with sales leadership to meet revenue objectives.
