Supports field sales and surgical teams during cardiothoracic procedures involving cryo nerve block devices. Trains operating room staff, guides physicians during live procedures, operates company technology, and follows up on patient outcomes. The role supports institutional adoption of cryo nerve block therapy and requires extensive territory travel, effective communication, hospital credentialing, and the ability to work in operating room environments.

Lead development and delivery of physician and healthcare provider education programs, manage KOLs and faculty, build training resources, partner cross-functionally, support regional rollout, and mentor junior specialists to improve clinical practice and patient outcomes.

Participate in a 6–12-month medical device sales training program covering clinical concepts, products, procedures, customer engagement, and field sales. Complete classroom training, cadaver labs, procedural milestones, hospital operating-room shadowing, presentations, and credentialing requirements. Successful graduates may transition into Clinical Specialist roles, subject to position availability and geographic relocation.
