Deploy and configure Auctor’s AI platform for enterprise software implementation teams. Responsibilities include understanding customer workflows, leading onboarding and training, building demos, identifying expansion opportunities, translating field insights into product improvements, documenting deployment best practices, and presenting to executives. The role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, technical fluency with APIs and configuration, customer empathy, and willingness to travel to customer sites and conferences.

Own the full post-sale lifecycle for implementation partners and systems integrators, including onboarding, adoption, account health, QBRs, renewals, and expansion. Build ROI narratives, manage customer feedback, support technical and compliance discussions, identify churn risks, and represent customer needs internally. Help establish the company’s Customer Success function through playbooks, processes, health scoring, onboarding strategies, and adoption programs.
