Processes multistate biweekly and semimonthly payroll for more than 500 employees, including union employees. Calculates overtime, PTO, and union contributions; prepares financial reports; resolves discrepancies; responds to employee inquiries; and maintains payroll and HRIS data in Workday. Provides customer service through Zendesk and other channels, manages supporting employment documents, partners with HR and Finance, and identifies process improvements while protecting confidential information.

Produces short-form videos, graphics, photos, infographics, social copy, headlines, and web stories from breaking news and broadcast assets. Monitors news sources, verifies content, manages licensing and attribution, and publishes across major social platforms using Sprinklr. Collaborates with newsroom teams, responds quickly to breaking news, tracks audience performance, and develops new digital formats and recurring social franchises.

The Senior Accountant supports quarterly and annual financial statements, monthly close journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, fixed assets, lease accounting, accruals, and financial reporting consolidation. The role researches account discrepancies, supports external audits, maintains business-partner communication, and executes Sarbanes-Oxley controls. Required qualifications include accounting or finance experience, relevant accounting systems expertise, a bachelor’s degree, US GAAP knowledge, and financial reporting close-process experience.
