The Senior Product Designer will lead the design process from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives through collaboration with stakeholders, creating design artifacts, managing design systems, and validating performance through usability testing.

Manage a portfolio of smaller partner accounts and support senior Account Managers with onboarding, training, order troubleshooting, accounts receivable follow-up, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination. Develop account management skills and grow into larger account ownership.

Manage full inbound and outbound consultative sales cycle, optimize conversion strategies, analyze pipeline data, tailor messaging, and close deals. Identify process improvements, maintain CRM workflows, and read/obtain hearing tests for orders and account management.
