The Enterprise Account Executive will manage enterprise accounts, engage with multi-stakeholder buying committees, sell Avante's unique benefits intelligence product, co-sell with brokers, and utilize AI tools while maintaining a rigorous sales process.

As Avante's first Solutions Engineer, you will support enterprise sales by leading technical discussions, conducting demos, and engaging with various stakeholders to ensure solution fit and compliance requirements are met.

Own top-of-funnel enterprise pipeline via cold outbound, inbound follow-up, and partner-sourced leads. Research accounts, craft personalized outreach, qualify opportunities, hand off qualified meetings, use AI tools daily, partner with marketing and channel, learn the product and domain, and help build the SDR playbook.
