Provide product-level technical support for biopharma customers, aiding pre- and post-sales product selection, troubleshooting equipment, producing technical documentation and content, collaborating with engineering and commercial teams, supporting on-site visits and tradeshows, and identifying upsell opportunities to drive revenue.

Design, implement, and optimize personalized digital experiences using experimentation platforms. Develop audience segmentation and targeting frameworks, run A/B and multivariate tests, partner with Analytics, Web, Content, and CRM teams, and report on results to improve customer journeys and business outcomes.
