Teams at Aviatrix

Customer-facing technical architect responsible for end-to-end success of enterprise Aviatrix deployments: design multi-cloud network and security architectures, implement Aviatrix DCF policies, integrate with NGFWs, lead operational reviews and incident response, drive adoption and optimization, and produce runbooks and compliance-aligned network configurations.

Provides staff-level customer-facing technical support for complex multi-cloud networking and security issues. Serves as an escalation point, leading troubleshooting, packet analysis, root cause analysis, deployments, integrations, optimization, and upgrades. Collaborates with sales, solution engineering, and product engineering teams; identifies defects, validates fixes, and improves product quality. Develops technical documentation, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides while advising leadership on recurring customer issues.

Develops technical marketing collateral, demos, labs, runbooks, certification materials, and competitive comparisons for cloud network security products. Partners with engineering, product management, sales enablement, training providers, cloud vendors, and customers to validate pre-release capabilities and prepare them for market launch. Provides technical expertise across cloud infrastructure, networking, zero trust, Kubernetes security, IDS/IPS, and automation while influencing product roadmaps through field feedback and evidence-based recommendations.
