Provide premium, personalized service to Avis First customers by delivering and collecting vehicles, coordinating logistics, confirming details via phone/text/email/app, greeting customers, assisting with luggage, and ensuring smooth, professional interactions.

Coach and mentor counter sales staff to increase revenue; analyze sales performance and identify revenue opportunities; develop and deliver local sales training and materials; partner with operations leadership; monitor agent effectiveness and coordinate communications for sales initiatives.
