Serve as the front-line, on-site representative delivering premium, personalized rental experiences for Avis First customers. Coordinate timely vehicle delivery and collection, communicate proactively via phone/text/app, assist customers with vehicle orientation and luggage, and perform driving and light physical tasks in varied weather conditions.

Serve as the front-line Avis First Customer Experience Specialist delivering vehicles, coordinating delivery/collection logistics, communicating with premium customers via phone/text/email/app, greeting and assisting customers (doors, luggage, vehicle overview), and ensuring a professional, personalized rental experience in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Coach and mentor counter sales staff to increase revenue; analyze sales performance and identify revenue opportunities; develop and deliver local sales training and materials; partner with operations leadership; monitor agent effectiveness and coordinate communications for sales initiatives.
