Lead end-to-end delivery of a multi-vendor, event-driven insurance platform. Own the integrated program plan, vendor implementations, integration and E2E testing, risk and governance, UK PMO coordination, stakeholder readiness, and build a small delivery team. Accountable for milestones, quality, and executive reporting to enable first policy binding.

Lead enterprise data strategy and build a production-grade cloud data platform (Snowflake, dbt, Kafka). Own canonical data model, governance, financial and regulatory reporting (US GAAP, Statutory, IFRS17), vendor partnerships, and analytics/AI data foundations. Collaborate with executives, finance, actuarial, underwriting, and Aviva Group; manage leveraged delivery teams and ensure data quality, lineage, scalability, and auditability.
