Lead end-to-end onboarding and technical implementation for automotive dealer and rental customers. Scope integrations, manage project timelines, guide API integration, UAT, and go-live. Build repeatable playbooks and tooling, track launch KPIs and integration health, and act as the customer voice to Product and Engineering to improve deployment processes and time-to-value.

Lead design and implementation of durable, scalable AI-native data pipelines and APIs that process millions of insurance transactions; develop AI-led techniques (LLM inference and agentic workflows) to improve extraction, validation, and verification; own product areas end-to-end and collaborate with founders and customers to increase reliability, observability, and velocity.
