Designs, deploys, maintains, and troubleshoots cloud and traditional network infrastructure supporting mission-critical 911 systems. Responsibilities include AWS networking, Infrastructure as Code, Fortinet firewalls, Cisco equipment, network monitoring, packet captures, performance optimization, vendor coordination, project leadership, and mentoring junior engineers. The role is hybrid, requiring work four days per week in the New York office.

Partner with public safety agencies to understand operational needs, document business processes and requirements, configure SaaS solutions, and deliver successful implementations. Responsibilities include designing workflows, evaluating solution feasibility, translating requirements into technical configurations, administering user acceptance testing, providing training, troubleshooting, and collaborating with technical, product, architecture, and project teams.

Own and evolve tax data architecture, reporting layers, and integrations across Snowflake, D365, Salesforce, Vertex O Series, Sigma, and related systems. Lead e-invoicing enablement, Vertex administration, Alteryx workflows, testing, documentation, and change management. Partner across Tax, Finance, IT, and Business Systems to translate requirements into technical solutions and manage cross-functional initiatives supporting global tax operations.
