Supports underwriting of complex asset-based and specialty finance transactions within a lender finance portfolio. Responsibilities include financial statement, collateral, borrowing base, cash flow, and credit risk analysis; building financial models; assessing transaction structures and repayment capacity; preparing credit memoranda; presenting recommendations; participating in client diligence; and collaborating with credit, legal, relationship management, portfolio management, and operations teams.

Manage a portfolio of subscription credit facilities: monitor covenants and borrowing bases, perform financial statement spreading and credit analysis, support transaction execution, maintain loan files and portfolio reporting, handle customer inquiries, and lead/train junior analysts.

Supports manufacturing vendor relationships through transaction coordination, pipeline management, onboarding, credit application processing, customer follow-up, forecasting updates, quoting assistance, and cross-functional communication. The role helps Relationship Managers deliver financing solutions, support vendor sales growth, and identify potential equipment manufacturer programs.
