Leads hands-on real-world evidence and HEOR analytics using claims, EHR/EMR, and other healthcare datasets. Designs observational studies, protocols, statistical analysis plans, cohorts, and analysis-ready datasets; performs and oversees programming in SAS, R, Python, and SQL; applies statistical, epidemiologic, and causal methods; manages vendors and CROs; and translates findings into payer evidence, publications, presentations, and actionable stakeholder insights.

Lead design and delivery of sales training and launch readiness for specialty account managers. Own new-hire onboarding, LMS administration, field coaching, and cross-functional alignment. Develop learning content, measure effectiveness, manage vendors and budgets, ensure compliance, and drive digital tool adoption to improve sales performance. On-site in NYC at least three days weekly; up to 20% travel.

Lead and produce high-quality omnichannel creative (email, digital, social, web, print, video, field), translating brand strategy into compliant, field-ready assets. Own end-to-end content development, partner cross-functionally, provide strategic input to brand planning, and build scalable in-house creative workflows and processes to increase speed and consistency.
