Lead project management for utility-scale solar, battery energy storage, and hybrid projects. Coordinate EPCs, OEMs, O&M, and EMS vendors; manage schedules, budgets, permits, commissioning, warranties, change orders, HSE compliance, and KPIs; support transitions to operations and continuous improvement.

Provide technical leadership and hands-on support for SCADA, controls, and OT systems across utility-scale BESS and solar sites. Lead incident response, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, telemetry quality, monitoring/alerting, documentation, vendor coordination, and standardization across the fleet while mentoring junior engineers.

The Senior Counsel will lead legal services related to negotiation, execution, and enforcement of offtake agreements for renewable energy projects, ensuring compliance with obligations while managing external counsel and drafting related documents.
