Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting through close, for mid-market and strategic accounts. Develop pipeline, sell consultatively to executive stakeholders, navigate complex buying processes, lead discovery around operational automation, negotiate contracts, forecast accurately, and partner with Solutions and Engineering on technical validation. The role also contributes to messaging, positioning, go-to-market strategy, and vertical expansion.

Manage a portfolio of customers from onboarding through renewal and expansion; run strategic check-ins; drive adoption and measurable value; translate customer feedback into product requests; identify expansion opportunities; keep stakeholders aligned; act as customers' internal advocate.

Lead architecture and implementation of scalable full-stack systems powering agentic AI for supply chain workflows. Own POCs, build React front ends and Node.js/Python back ends, collaborate with AI researchers and product, ensure secure code, lead incident response, and manage customer data retention and deletion.
