Teams at Balance

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline development through closing and customer adoption. Build inbound and targeted outbound opportunities, navigate complex multi-stakeholder deals, develop creative solutions to customer problems, and grow annual recurring revenue across Balance’s product lines. The role requires strong analytical ability, commercial fluency, self-direction, and experience managing complex client-facing engagements.

Own strategic enterprise accounts from onboarding through renewal, driving retention, expansion, adoption, executive reviews, and upsells. Serve as the technical account contact by troubleshooting integrations, data, configuration, logs, code, and SQL. Lead complex implementations across internal teams and customers, translate feedback into product improvements, and use account metrics to guide strategy.
